The staff was so helpful . I appreciated their kindness. the location was very nice, just across from the magnificent mezquita. it made exploring the charming cobbled streets very easy.

The air conditioning barely worked and it was so warm in the room, hard to relax. the furniture looked quite old and worn. It could really use some updates. the door lock sometimes didn't work. I had a little trouble getting it to catch properly.

The hotel has a very central location with secure underground parking. I rode through the pedestrian zone to get to the hotel. The hotel was very comfy and tidy, which I appreciated. The staff gave me a lot of information about places worth visiting.

I found the air conditioning to be deficient in my room. It was quite warm.

The front desk staff was excellent and quite helpful. Their English skills were great and they were very smiley and knowledgeable. They even allowed me to leave my car in the parking area after I checked out.

the hotel provided really detailed info on how to get there by car. i was also upgraded to a double or twin room mosque view, so i had fantastic views. the breakfast buffet was so good with plenty of choices!

the air conditioning wasn't working great . it made the room uncomfortably warm, definitely a bummer.

the hotel is located right next to the mezquita, it made early morning access very easy. complimentary water was available in the lobby. the rooms were in good condition.

The air conditioning was not effective during the heat wave. the kettle lacked cups and tea or coffee. the room felt quite small for two people. It differed from the pictures.
